I also find researching things physically very satisfying. Unfortunately, I have no Britannica on my shelves. I hardly even HAVE shelves. There's not a lot of room in my room. But there's room for a computer!
Fair point! I am not at all trying to say that digital research is bad, or should be avoided. Just that I think doing it the old fashioned way is both good practice as well as good for your brain.
I also wanted to point out that as much as I advocate the dead tree database, sometimes it falls short if you don't remember exactly what it is you are searching for.
